Limited Liability Company
- A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is a hybrid form of business entity
combining some of the attributes of a corporation with the status
of a partnership.
The name of the limited liability company
- For a Limited Liability Company, company names must contain the
words "Limited Liability Company" or the abbreviation "L.L.C." or
"LLC". It may contain the words "Company", "Association", "Club",
"Foundation", "Fund", "Institute", "Society", "Union", "Syndicate",
"Limited", or "Trust" (or abbreviations of like import). The name
cannot be the same as or deceptively similar to the corporate name
of a domestic corporation or a foreign qualified corporation.
- Certificate of Formation containing the following
information :

- The name of the limited liability company.
- The address of its registered office in the State
of Delaware.
- (Use this paragraph only if the company is to have
a specific effective date of dissolution.) The latest date on which
the limited liability company is to dissolve.

include herein.
